Samagra Shiksha, Goalpara has invited applications from eligible female candidates for 7 Full Time and Part Time Assistant Teacher posts in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV). The engagement will be on a temporary and contractual basis for 11 months. Candidates must reside on campus during working days and holidays, except during student vacations.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be eligible for the Assistant Teacher positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in the concerned subject with B.Ed from a recognized university and Higher Secondary TET qualified.
- Age Limit: Not above 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
The selection process will include document verification and an interview. Candidates will be notified about the shortlisted candidates on September 3, 2026.

- Attach one recent passport-sized photograph and attested copies of all relevant certificates.
- Submit your application to the Office of District Mission Co-ordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Goalpara by 28-08-2026 before 5:00 PM.
Important Instructions & Advice
Ensure that the name of the post applied for is clearly mentioned on the envelope. No separate call letters will be issued for the interview, and no TA/DA will be provided for attending the verification cum interview.
