Oil India Higher Secondary (HS) School, Duliajan, Assam has published an official employment notification inviting candidates for engagement as Contractual Graduate Teachers in Fine Arts and Physical Education. This engagement is strictly temporary and on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates searching for active teaching careers in public sector educational institutions can participate directly through a walk-in-interview process scheduled for 7th September 2026 at Duliajan Club, Assam. Selected teachers will be paid a monthly consolidated honorarium of Rs. 21,450/-.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be considered for the Contractual Graduate Teacher positions, applicants must fulfill specific educational qualifications, age criteria, and language competencies:
- Educational Qualification (Fine Arts): Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from a recognized University or Institute. Proficiency in teaching in both English and Assamese medium is desirable.
- Educational Qualification (Physical Education): Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized University or Institute. Medium of instruction proficiency in English and Assamese is desirable.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 to 45 years of age on the date of the walk-in interview. Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) applies as per government regulations.
- Selection Procedure: Selection will be conducted purely through a Walk-in Interview / Personal Assessment. Candidates will undergo identity, document verification, and performance evaluation on the interview day.

There is no prior online application or offline postal submission required. Interested candidates need to physically report to the designated interview location by following these steps:
- Visit the official website of Oil India Limited and download the official advertisement alongside the standard Bio-Data Form.
- Print and complete all required sections of the Personal Bio-Data Form carefully with accurate information.
- Affix one recent passport-sized color photograph (3cm x 3cm) in the designated space on the application format.
- Assemble all original educational, identity, age, and experience documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Report directly to the venue: Duliajan Club, Oil India Limited, Duliajan, Assam on 07-09-2026 between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM for candidate registration.
Important Instructions & Advice
Candidates arriving after the registration closing time (09:00 AM) will not be entertained under any circumstances. Ensure you bring valid government-issued Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID), Address Proof, Class 10th Admit Card/Pass Certificate (as Proof of Age), mark sheets, degree certificates, and caste/EWS/disability certificates (if applicable). Employed candidates serving in Government, PSU, or Autonomous institutions must produce a valid 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) from their employer at registration. Make sure all original documents are intact for immediate cross-verification.
