The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026 has been announced to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds. A total of ₹100 crore is allocated for this initiative, benefiting 25,707 scholars across India.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be eligible for the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Requirement: A minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.
- Institution Requirement: Enrollment in premier institutions accredited with NAAC Grade A or ranked among the Top 300 in NIRF 2025-26 or Top 200 in QS 2025-26.
- Family Income: Annual family income limit varies: Up to ₹3,00,000 for school applicants and up to ₹6,00,000 for college applicants.
